!OST LABS is an e-commerce store based in the United States that sells dietary supplements and trending consumer products. We operate as a dropshipping business, meaning products are fulfilled directly by our authorized suppliers (including Supliful and CJDropshipping) and shipped to your address.

All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product received.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In the event a product is unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order including applicable shipping fees.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with your purchase.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders under $50.00. Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. !OST LABS is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order. We will provide tracking information when available.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Due to health and safety regulations, opened dietary supplements and consumable products are non-refundable unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@ostentando.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Dietary Supplement Disclaimer

The statements made regarding our dietary supplement products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
